These terms apply to bookings and services provided by PJFC Automotive (EPQLD Pty Ltd ATF The Nippon Trust QLD, ABN 97 193 310 848) and to use of this website.

Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed by PJFC Automotive. You'll receive a confirmation by text or email.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking.
• Some services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
• For inspections at another location (such as a seller's home or a dealer's yard), you must be able to give us safe access to the vehicle at the booked address. A mobile fee applies and is shown before you confirm.

Quotes and extra work

Prices shown on our website and booking page are for the service described. If we find something else that needs attention, we'll explain it and give you a quote. No additional work is carried out without your approval.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card payments online and in person. Vehicles may be held until payment is received.

Inspections and reports

• A safety certificate confirms the vehicle met the minimum Queensland safety standard at the time of inspection only. It is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future condition or mechanical reliability.
• A pre-purchase inspection report reflects the condition of the vehicle we could reasonably observe and test on the day, without dismantling components. It isn't a guarantee against future faults, and some issues (such as intermittent faults) may not be detectable during an inspection.
• Reports are prepared for the person who ordered them.

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
