How often should brake pads be replaced?
It depends on how and where you drive. Pads commonly last anywhere from 30,000 to 70,000 km. We check them at every service and tell you how much life is left.
Do rotors always need replacing with pads?
Not always. If the rotors are within the minimum thickness and not warped or scored, they can be reused. We measure them and only recommend replacement when it's needed.
How often should brake fluid be changed?
Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which reduces braking performance. Most manufacturers recommend changing it every two years.
