Common questions
How do I book a service or repair?
Call us on 0468 067 057, send a text, or email [email protected]. Tell us the make, model and year, and what you need, and we'll give you a price and a time. You can also use the form on our Contact page.
What's included in a general service?
An engine oil and filter change, a check and top-up of all fluids, and an inspection of brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, battery, belts, hoses, lights and wipers. You'll get a clear rundown of anything that needs attention, with a quote before any extra work is done.
Do you service hybrids and electric vehicles?
We inspect hybrids and EVs and carry out basic servicing on them, such as fluids, filters, brakes, tyres and a general safety check. For work on high-voltage systems we'll point you in the right direction.
Which vehicles do you work on?
Passenger cars, 4WDs, utes and vans — most makes and models. We don't currently work on trailers, caravans, motorbikes or heavy vehicles.
Will you call me before doing extra work?
Always. If we find something that needs attention, we'll explain it, show you if you like, and give you a price. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
How often should I service my car?
Follow the interval in your owner's manual — typically every 10,000 to 15,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first. Short trips, towing and dusty roads can mean more frequent servicing.
